摘要
目的观察硬-腰联合麻醉在幼儿下肢手术中应用的可行性。方法30例择期下肢手术患儿实施腰-硬联合麻醉后,观察术中麻醉效果、肌松、BP、HR及术后不良反应发生率。结果麻醉效果满意,肌松好,对循环系统影响轻微,术后不良反应发生率低。结论硬-腰联合麻醉用于幼儿下肢手术效果确切,可行。
Objective To observe the clinical application of combined spinal -epidural anesthesia to lower limb surgery on preschool patients. Methods Thirty preschool patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery were admin- istrated combined spinal - epidural anesthesia. The effect of analgesia and muscle relaxation were monitored; BP , HR and side effect were recorded during operation. Results The effect of analgesia and muscle relaxation were satisfacto- ry. Haemedynamics was stable. The incidence of side effect was lower. Conclusions Above Results suggested spinal - epidural anesthesia might be effective, feasible and safe for lower limb surgery on preschool patients.
