摘要
为了进一步提高图书馆的信息服务水平,对河北农业大学读者信息需求进行了研究,显示出信息需求强烈、获取方法简捷、多层次化、载体类型多样化等特点,并提出了加强文献资源建设,合理配置资源;改进服务质量,提高服务水平;重视读者教育与培训工作;加强馆员培训,提高馆员综合素质等措施。
To enhance the level of information service of our library, readers＇ information demand of Agricultural University of Hebei was studied. Results showed that the readers have strong demand for information. Simple information acquisition methods were required. Multi--level and diversified information carriers are the characters of the demand. Ways for bettering the document resource construction, reasonable allocation of resources, service quality and enhancing service level were put forward. To improve the comprehensive quality of librarians, education and training work for the readers and intensified librarian training must be paid more attention to.
