摘要
洪堡提倡的"教学与科研相统一"成为了一种经典,也是大学及学术职业的一种信念。可是,这种信念却一直受到现实与理论的质疑,出现了教学与科研的分离与矛盾。对于这种信念的背离,有着多方面的原因。在大学组织层面,则主要是大学对"一流"目标的盲目追求、教师评价考核机制的偏颇以及教学管理方式的制约等。为了改善教学与科研的关系,促进二者的有效结合,我们需要进行大学组织制度的变革:重新厘清大学的使命,强调教学责任;重新界定科研的内涵,对科研实施柔性管理;加强课程建设,践行研究性教学。
Von Humboldt's principle of "unification of teaching and research" has become a classic and the faith of academic career. But the faith has been facing challenges, and there have occurred the isolation and contradiction between the two. There are many reasons to explain the inconsistency between the faith and the reality, such as the blind pursuit to excellence, the bad evaluation mechanisms for teachers and the constraint from teaching management. To improve the relationship between teaching and research, there must be some changes to the organization system of university: a renewed emphasis on teaching, reconsidering and applying flexible management to research, strengthening curriculum construction, and practicing research-based teaching.
