摘要
通过对国内较早开展学科馆员服务的图书馆学科馆员工作目标的分析比较,提出了高校图书馆学科馆员工作的目标定位,包括学科馆员工作愿景和具体目标及任务,设计了信息环境下图书馆学科馆员的工作流程。
Through the comparative analysis on the work target of subject librarian developed earlier in China s subject librarian service, this paper advances the target positioning of subject librarian in university library, including the work vision and concrete target and task of subject librarian, and designs the work flow of subject librarian in library under the network environment.
