摘要
在水轮机磨蚀防护中,采用碳化钨的高速氧燃喷涂,具有涂层硬度高、与基材的结合力强、气孔率底等优点,是目前比较有效的防护方法之一。由于碳化钨涂层自身的特点,在强空化区或易受硬物撞击的区域,涂层的损伤是不可避免的,对碳化钨涂层的修复通常采用拆机—喷涂—车间修复或现场不拆机修复的方法。研究表明,高速氧燃喷涂碳化钨在轴流式水轮机上的防护效果要比在混流式水轮机上好。与常规的维护相比,采用碳化钨-高速氧燃喷涂具有较大的经济效益,以三门峡水电站为例,年均效益约660万元。
In the abrasion prevention of turbine, HVOF-WC has the advantages of high rigidity of coating, strong combination with base materials, low air porosity rate, so that it is one of more effective prevention methods at present. Due to the characteristic of WC oneself, in the zone of strong-cavitation or impacted easily by hard materials, the damage of coating is inevitably. The repair of WC generally adopts the methods of dismantling-coating-repair or not-dismantling repair at site. Research shows that the prevention effectiveness of HVOF-WC on axis-flow turbine is better than that on mixed flow turbine. Compared with routine maintenance, HVOF-WC has higher economic benefit. For example, the annual benefits of Sanmenxia Hydropower Station from such technology are about 6.6 million RMB Yuan.
