摘要
目的通过分析一氧化碳(CO)中毒致病因素,并探讨干预对策,以提高人们对CO中毒的认识,减少CO中毒的发生。方法对莱钢医院2005年1月—2008年12月接诊的67例CO中毒病人病因进行回顾分析。结果企业生产中CO泄漏中毒35例(52.2%),家庭生活中毒25例(37.3%),火锅店就餐7例(10.4%)。结论要减少CO中毒的发生,就必须加强安全知识教育,做好健康指导,从而提高防范意识,学会简单的急救知识及技术,以减少意外伤害,减少发病率、并发症和死亡率。
[ Objective] Through analyzing the pathogenic factors of carbon monoxide poisoning, to explore intervention measures so as to enhance people's understanding of the carbon monoxide poisoning, and reduce the incidence of it. [ Methods] Retrospective analysis was conducted on 67 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients receipted by Laiwu Steel Hospital from January, 2005--December, 2008. [ Results] Totally 35 cases of poisoning (52.2% ) caused by CO leakage in production process, 25137.3% ) occurred in family, 7 (10.4%)caused by dining in hot pot restaurant. [ Conclusion ] For reducing the incidence of CO poisoning, it is necessary to strengthen education on safety knowledge and to complete the health instruction so as to raise awareness of prevention. Simple first-aid knowledge and skills should be learned to reduce the occurrence of accidental injuries as well as morbidity, complications and mortality.
