摘要
对因棉花采摘方式变化所引起的棉花性能的优劣进行比较分析。以"中棉35"和"新陆中14"2个品种连续4年的手采棉和机采棉的HVI原始数据为样本,使用SPSS 13.0统计软件作统计分析。结果表明,由于采摘方式的改变和轧花加工流程的增加,机采棉的杂质数、杂质面积有明显提高,并且上半部平均长度、长度整齐度、短纤维率和断裂强度等主要参数也比手采棉低1档。
This article studies the difference of cotton properties resulting from different ways of cotton picking.The original HVI data for 4 years in succession of two Chinese varieties of cotton,namely″Zhongmian 35″and″Xinluzhong 14,″ obtained by machine picked and hand picked respectively were used as sample and processed by SPSS 13.0 for statistical analysis.The results indicated that the property of machine picked cotton is inferior to that of hand picked cotton in terms of impurities,upper half mean length,length uniformity,short fiber content and breaking strength.This may be attributed to the fact that,apart from the different way of picking,the machine picked cotton needs additional ginning procedure.
