摘要
为了更好地以大麻秆芯为原料制备粘胶长丝,使其织物达到服用要求,测试并分析了大麻秆芯粘胶长丝织物的KES风格特征及吸湿透气、抗静电、染整加工等性能。结果表明:与棉浆、竹浆、木浆3种粘胶长丝织物相比,大麻秆芯粘胶长丝织物的硬挺度较大,表面较粗糙;大麻秆芯粘胶长丝织物的回潮率高,吸湿透气性好,抗静电、散热性好;大麻秆芯粘胶长丝织物具有良好的染色性能,色彩鲜艳;大麻秆芯粘胶长丝织物的各项性能指标与木浆粘胶长丝织物接近,穿着舒适,比较适宜制作夏季面料。
In order to look for a better way to prepare hemp xyloid stem based viscose filament yarn which can satisfy wearability,this paper tested the properties such as handle determined by KES system,moisture adsorption,air permeability,antistatic and dyeing properties of the hemp xyloid stem based viscose filament yarn and compared with those of cotton pulp-,bamboo pulp-and wood pulp viscose filament fabrics.The results indicated that the hemp xyloid stem based viscose filament fabric has high moisture regain,good moisture adsorption,air permeability,antistatic property,and heat transmissibility,though it shows stiff handle and rough surface.It also has good dyeing property and exhibits brilliant color after dyeing.All of its properties is close to that of wood pulp viscose filament fabric,and it is comfort to wear and suitable for summer wear fabrics.
