摘要
针对现有螯合分散剂的水体富营养化及不易生物降解的缺点,以衣康酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、马来酸、马来酸酐、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体合成具有多种基团的高效螯合分散聚合物。考察单体种类及用量、引发剂用量、时间、温度对产品螯合性能的影响,并对产物分散性和耐碱性进行测试。结果表明:当引发剂用量为单体的8%,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为5 h时,产物螯合性能最好,其中甲基丙烯酸甲酯对产物的螯合性能和分散力影响最大;与常规螯合分散剂相比,其螯合钙离子和铜离子的效果最好,并具有耐碱性和分散性优良、易生物降解等特点。
Due to the disadvantages of the existing chelating dispersant such as water eutrophication and hardly biodegradation,a high efficiency chelating dispersant containing many functional groups was prepared with itaconic acid,crylic acid,acrylamide,maleic acid,maleic anhydride and methyl methacrylate.The effects of the species and quantity of monomer,initiator dosage,reaction time and temperature on the chelating ability of the yielded product were analyzed,and its dispersing power and alkali resistance were measured.The experimental results showed that the copolymer had an excellent chelating ability when 8% by weight of the mass fraction of initiator in total monomers,reacting at(110 ℃) for(5 h,) and the chelating ability and dispersing power of the copolymer were remarkably affected by methyl methacrylate.When compared with other chelating dispersant,it has the best chelating ability with calcium and cuprum ions,along with good dispersing power,alkali resistance and biodegradation.
