摘要 从全国高校大学英语教学的实际出发,结合西安建筑科技大学大学的招生及教学情况,以教育部高教司的《大学英语课程教学要求》为依托,应用语言学、心理学、教学法理论为依据,制定出了分类别英语教学方法的具体措施:即在举行英语水平测试后,将学生分为基础英语教学、常规英语教学和双模块英语教学三大层次进行教学,并对我校英语分类别教学实践情况进行总结、分析,从而得出结论。分类别教学法充分体现因材施教、主体参与、分层优化、推进的教学原则。 Proceeding from the actual situation of the national college English teaching, depending on English Teaching Requirements issued by the Higher Education Department, the paper analyzes the enrolment and teaching conditions in Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology with the theory of applied linguistics, psycho-linguistics and pedagogy. The purpose is to lay down the following specific measures of classified college English teaching. Based on the results of the proficiency test taken upon their entrance, the students are classified into 3 different levels of classes: fundamental English teaching, conventional English teaching, and di-modual English teaching. Based on the data of the specific research in classified teaching practice in XAUAT, the paper exhibits the teaching principles and advantages of classified English teaching: optimization classification, learner's involvement, cate- gorized guidance, and overall advance.
