摘要
目的弄清遗传和环境因素在生长发育过程中对颅面形态的影响,将有助于了解各种口腔正畸治疗的可行性及所受的遗传限制,从而提高治疗水平,尤其对于混合牙列期儿童的早期矫治具有重要意义。方法本研究测量89对孪生女童的头颅侧位片。采用混合纵向观察法,最终得到有效孪生子对数183对(其中同卵110对,异卵73对)。利用孪生子法对上颌形态做遗传和环境作用的纵向统计分析。结果几乎检测不到角度SN-PP、SNA受环境影响(P>0.05)的证据。结论上颌相对于前颅底,其空间位置关系受遗传控制较强。
Objective A better understanding of the relative effects of genes and environment on craniofacial parameters will clarify the possibilities and limitations of orthodontic treatment and treatment planning. This is especially important for early treatment started in the mixed dentitions that is performed to enhance the dental and skeletal development before the eruption of the permanent dentition. Methods The sample used in this study consisted of lateral cephalograms of 89 pairs of female twins in Beijing. By a mixed longitudinal method, the effective twins were 183 pairs (MZ 110, DZ 73). The genetic and environmental effects were analyzed on maxillary hard tissue morphology in 6 - 12 year - old female twins. Results Statistical comparisons revealed no significant environmental effects on angle of SN - PP and SNA ( p 〉 0.05). Conclusions The relatively high inherited proportions of the maxillary position referred to cranial base should be recognized .
