摘要
针对目前我国重载铁路货车车轮运用情况不佳的现实,为提高车轮抗磨耗性能,同时兼顾车轮抗热损伤性能,研究车轮材质,分别确定辗钢重载货车车轮和铸钢重载货车车轮的材质成分设计方案,并试制出车轮样品。对试制的车轮样品分别进行磨耗性能研究、力学性能与微观组织分析、抗热损伤性能研究。结果表明:试制的辗钢车轮样品抗磨耗性能和强度分别比普通CL60辗钢车轮提高约40%和25%,铸钢车轮样品抗磨耗性能和强度分别比普通ZL—B铸钢车轮提高约30%和25%;2种车轮样品的显微组织均为细珠光体与少量沿晶界分布的铁素体;2种车轮的抗热损伤性能均可满足我国重载货车实际运用条件要求。
Currently,the application status is poor for the wheels of heavy haul freight trains in China.Wheel material has been studied in order to improve the anti-wear performance of the wheel and the anti-heat damage performance at the same time.The design schemes of the material composition were respectively worked out for rolled steel wheel and cast steel wheel of heavy haul train,and the sample wheels were trial-manufactured.The wear performance,mechanical performance,microstructure analysis and anti-heat damage performance of the trial-manufactured sample wheels were researched respectively. Results show that the anti-wear and the strength of the trial-manufactured sample rolled wheel is increased about 40% and 25% than the common CL60 rolled steel wheel respectively. The anti-wear and the strength of the trial-manufactured sample cast wheel is increased about 30% and 25% than the common ZL-B cast steel wheel respectively. The microstructure of these two kinds of sample wheels are thin pearlite and little ferrite that distribute at the crystal boundary. The anti-heat damage performance of the both sample wheels can satisfy the actual application conditions for heavy haul freight trains in China.
