摘要
目的探讨脂肪乳对血常规项目测定的影响。方法健康管理中心抽取30份血液标本,分别在加入脂肪乳前后进行血常规检测。结果HGB、MCH、MCHC、GPR、LPR、MPR在加入脂肪乳前后检测结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);但对WBC、RBC、PLT、HCT、MCV、RDW无影响(P>0.05),脂肪乳洗涤后其测定结果与加入脂肪乳前比较无明显差异。结论脂肪乳对HGB、MCH、MCHC、GPR、LPR、MPR检测结果有影响,而对WBC、RBC、PLT、HCT、MCV、RDW没有影响。
Objective To study the influence of fat emulsion on measurement of the blood routine.Methods The blood routine of 30 blood samples were measured pre-and post-adding fat emulsion.Results There were obvious difference pre-and post- adding fat emulsion in the parameters HGB, MCH, MCHC, GPR, LPR and MPR （P〈0.05）.Hoever, there were no significance in the parameters WBC, RBC, PLT, HCT, MCV and RDW （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The fat emulsion has influence on the parameters of HGB, MCH, MCHC, GPR, LPR and MPR; but no influence on the parameters WBC, RBC, PLT, HCT, MCV and RDW.
