摘要
从项目及项目管理的性质出发,借鉴优胜基准学习法(Benchm arking)、项目管理办公室(PMO)等组织理论,同时引入项目风险识别、规避机制和项目管理成熟度模型等概念,构建了一套容易评估以及持续改进的柔性组织理论模型。
Which is drived by the characteristics of project and project management, refers to some organization theories, such as Benchmarking, project management office and so on. At the same time,introduces risk identification and aversion mechanism and project management maturity model. Based on these, establishes a set of the oretical model of flexible organization that's easy to be estimated and can be improved continuously.
