摘要 针对工科创新教育中的人才培养问题,提出打破传统体系,综合化建设课程体系的思想,把课程体系分为普通教育课程、专业核心课程、专业方向课程三大模块;同时扩展教学内容,丰富教学方式,从教与学相互促进的教育角度,阐述创新教育的学习模式的实践方法.探讨了如何培养工科人才的创新意识,提出了产学研相结合的工程技术创新人才的培养途径. Facing problems in innovation education for talents training, the construction about curriculum system has been proposed to be comprehensive and to break the traditional framework. The system is divided into three models: general education courses, professional core courses and professional orientation courses. At the same time teaching content expands in various forms and teaching methods enrich. From the perspective of promotion on teaching and learning, practice methods of learning module about innovation education has been elaborated. After probing how to cultivate innovation sense of engineering talents, cooperation of producing, leafing and research has been proposed to train engineering technology innovation talents.
