摘要
介绍了国际节能效果测量和认证规程,研究节能量计算方法和测量认证方案的主要内容,运用国际节能效果测量和认证规程方案A测量和认证一所高校的节能效果,得出将该规程应用到DSM是十分有效和可行的。
In this paper, the calculation method of energy saving and the main contents of M＆V program were discussed. And finally, the energy saving effect of a college was measured and certified according to IPMVP option A. It was testified that the application of IPMVP in DSM was quite effective and feasible.
