摘要
研究了合金元素W、Co对真空中CuCr触头材料在不同温度下的真空耐电压强度的影响。研究结果表明,高温时CuCr材料的耐电压能力比室温耐电压能力有所降低,合金元素W、Co通过弥散强化、固溶强化和增大了CuCr的表面张力而提高了CuCr材料室温及高温时的耐电压能力。
The effect of alloying elements W, Co on the vacuum dielectric strength of CuCr contact materials at different tempratures is investigated. The experimental results show that the voltage withstand capability of CuCr materials at high temperature is lower than that at normal temperature. The addition of the alloying elements increases the voltage withstand capability of CuCr materials at normal and higher temperature by the dispersive and soluble strengthening Cr phase as well as by improving the surface tension of CuCr.
