常压储罐底板腐蚀的漏磁检测与概率分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用概率数据处理方法,对储罐底板腐蚀的漏磁检测结果进行处理,得到底板最大腐蚀深度、平均点腐蚀深度、平均点腐蚀速率、最大点腐蚀速率和穿孔概率等参数,对储罐底板腐蚀程度进行了定量描述并预测储罐底板穿孔概率.利用上述检测和数据处理方法可以对设备局部腐蚀状况作出定量评估,并对设备寿命进行预测. The tank floors are frequently corroded randomly with pits and local damages. Magnetic flux leakage inspection is the most effective means to detect corrosion on the surface of double sides of tank bottom plates. By using probabilistic theory, this paper discusses a method to deal with the results of the magnetic flux leakage inspection. The parameters including the maximum pitting depth, the average pitting depth , the average pitting rate, the maximum pitting rate and the pitting breakthrough probability were obtained. This method may be used to describe the corrosion of tank floor quantitatively as well as to predict the probability of corrosion leakage.
