摘要
目的了解开封农村地区婴幼儿中肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)中和抗体水平及流行趋势。方法应用微量细胞病变法,对2004年开封农村地区采集的349名7~30月龄婴幼儿血清进行EV71和CA16中和抗体检测。结果7~30月龄婴幼儿EV71和CA16中和抗体阳性率分别为36.7%(128/349)和36.5%(123/337),但二者流行趋势不同。EV71抗体阳性率由10~12月龄组的18.2%上升至25~30月龄组的81.3%,上升约4.5倍,抗体几何平均滴度(GMTs)也缓慢上升;CA16抗体阳性率由13~15月龄组的23.0%上升至22~24月龄组的47.6%,上升约2.1倍,GMTs在125~338之间波动;不同月龄婴幼儿中存在EV71和CA16混合感染的情况,19~24和25~30月龄组的EV71和CA16混合感染率显著高于7~12和13~18月龄组。结论开封农村地区婴幼儿中EV71和CA16中和抗体阳性率高,但二者上升的趋势不同,18月龄后的婴幼儿中EV71和CA16混合感染的比例显著升高。
Objective To investigate the epidemic tendency of neutralizing antibody against enterovirus (EV) 71 and coxsackievirus A (CA) 16 in infants in rural area of Kaifeng City, Henan Province, China. Methods A total of 349 serum samples were collected from infants aged 7 - 30 months in the rural area of Kaifeng City in 2004, and determined for neutralizing antibody against EV71 and CA16 by micro-CPE method. Results The neutralizing antibody positive rates against EV71 and CA16 in the infants were 36. 7% (128/349) and 36.5% (123/349) respectively, while showed different epidemic tendencies. The neutralizing antibody positive rates against EV71 were 18.2% in the infants aged 10 - 12 months and 81.3% in those aged 25 - 30 months, which increased by about 4. 5 folds with increasing age, and the GMTs of antibody also increased slowly. However, the neutralizing antibody positive rates against CA16 were 23. 0% in the infants aged 13- 15 months and 47. 6% in those aged 22 - 24 months, which increased by about 2.1 folds with increasing age, while the GMTs of antibody changed within a range of 125 - 338. Mixed infections with EVT1 and CA16 were observed in the infants at various months of age. The mixed infection rates in infants aged 19 - 24 and 25 - 30 months were significantly higher than those aged 7 - 12 and 13 - 18 months. Conclusion High neutralizing antibody positive rates against EV71 and CAI6 were observed in the infants in rural area of Kaifeng City. However, the two kinds of neutralizing antibody showed different epidemic tendencies. The mixed infection rate of EVT1 and CA16 in infants aged more than 18 months increased significantly as compared with those aged not nmre than 18 months.
