摘要
目的:探讨无创辅助通气在慢性呼吸衰竭中的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年10月～2008年12月收治的68例慢性呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,总结无创辅助通气对慢性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。结果:68例慢性呼吸衰竭患者,经过24h无创辅助通气治疗,治疗前后RR、HR、PaO2、PaCO2、pH值等指标,经统计学分析,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);有效53例,无效15例,有效率为77.94%。结论:无创辅助通气治疗慢性呼吸衰竭患者,疗效肯定,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To study the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic respiratory failure. Methods： 68 cases of patients with chronic respiratory failure were subjected by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, and the effect was analyzed. Results： After treated for 24 hours, the data of RR, HR, PaO2, PaCO2 and pH were analyzed before and after the treatment, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic respiratory failure is well, and worth popularizing and using.
