摘要
提出一种新的抽油机电动机优化匹配选型方案,建立电动机模型计算日耗电量。根据油田井况、抽油机特性,与多种电动机耦合分析,仿真运行特性,以日耗电量为优化评价目标,选择出适合该井的最优电动机种类及型号,达到细化节能的目的。研究比对了目前油田最常用的几种电动机,优化匹配的效果具有普遍意义和较强的应用价值。
A new structure of choosing electric motor for the pumping unit was recommended,and a model was built to calculate the day-power consumption. Based on the properties of oil well and pumping unit, day-power consumption for every kind of electric motor was calculated, then the most appropriate motor for the pumping unit was selected. The model can be used for motors. The optimization result is applicable and can be used widely.
