摘要
实施绩效管理是实现企业战略目标、增强企业竞争力的有效方法。近年来我国商业银行纷纷引入国外先进的绩效管理理念与方法,改革绩效管理机制,取得了一些成效,但由于绩效管理系统本身的复杂性以及企业战略目标、组织架构和管理基础等方面存在差异,绩效管理的实施效果与预期有一定差距,还需要理论界和实务界加强研究和实践。本文在分析我国商业银行绩效管理实施情况的基础上,提出综合运用平衡计分卡、经济增加值等先进的绩效管理方法,探讨完善银行绩效管理机制的新思路。

It is necessary to be Continually studied and practiced by the practitioners and the theoretical workers. This thesis analyzes the Implementation of performance management in Chinese commercial banks, introduce the advanced performance management system such as balance-score card, economic valuation added, and explore the new method to improve the performance management system.
