水杨酸乙酯的加压催化合成工艺研究

摘要 以硫酸氢钠为催化剂在高压釜中合成水杨酸乙酯,采用正交实验研究了醇酸摩尔比、温度、时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明最适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的4%,n(乙醇):n(水杨酸)=5:1,反应时间5h,反应温度140℃,反应压力171KPa,产品收率达87%,产品经IR定性分析,经气相色谱检测纯度大于99%。 Ethyl salicylate was synthesized with sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst in autoclave. Different factors such as mole ratio of reactants, temperature and reaction time were studied by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions were attained as follows : the amount of catalyst was four percent of total mass of reactants, mole ratio of ethanol to salicylic acid was 5 : 1, reaction time was 5h, reaction temperature was 140℃ and pressure was 171KPa. The yield of ethyl salicylate reached 87%. Qualitative analysis of product was carried by IR and purity was above 99% analyzed by GC.
