摘要
在模拟信号的测量电路中,为了防止各种干扰对信号的影响,必须进行电气隔离。选用线性光耦进行隔离的成本最低、传输精度最好。通过介绍线性光耦HCNR201的特点、内部结构及工作原理,分析了一个实际应用的线性光耦隔离电路。针对线性光耦在高精度电压测量应用中出现的传输精度不理想的情况,给出了一种误差修正算法,通过软件处理来提高传输精度,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Electrical isolation must be used in analog signal measurement circuit in order to prevent all kinds of interference on the impact of signal transmission. Selection of linear optocoupler to isolate the lowest cost,the best transmission accuracy. Take linear optocoupler HCNR201 for example to introduce linear optocoupler's features, internal structure and working principle, and analyzes a practical application circuit. For the linear optocoupler appears precision transmission unsatisfactory situation in the application of voltage measurement circuit, an error correction algorithm which to improve the transmission accuracy through the software is presented. The isolation circuit in practical applications achieved good results.
