摘要
为了选育适合黄淮南片麦区大面积种植的高产小麦新品种,分析了该地区的生态栽培条件,制定了小麦高产优质育种目标。根据育种目标,选用豫麦18为母本,花4-3为父本进行有性杂交,利用其F1代花药培养诱导出单倍体花粉植株,经染色体加倍选育成国审小麦新品种花培5号。参加国家黄淮南片区试及生产试验产量均获第一,具有分蘖力强、抗寒、抗旱和抗病性好、成穗数多、千粒重较高、高产、稳产且适应性广等优点,区试混合样籽粒品质指标均超过国审中筋麦标准,具有较广阔的利用前景。
Having analyzed the ecological and farming condition,the breeding target of wheat cultivar with high yield and good quality,widely planted in the southern area of Yellow and Huai valley,was worked-out .Aiming at the target,a new wheat variety Huapei 5 was developed from the haploid pollen plant doubled in chromosome number from F1 of the combination of Yu 18 crossed with Hua 4-3 by anther culture and certified in national crop variety release committee of China.It has many good characters such as powerful stooling,cold-,drought-and disease-resistance,wide suitability,high density of spike,higher 1000 kernel weight,high and constant yield,and won the top of average yield in the state regional experimental and production test of Yellow and Huai valley,and its mixed seeds from the spots of the state regional experimental test exceeded the state standard quality of medium strong gluten wheat cultivar.Consequently,Huapei 5 can be widely planted.
