摘要
为评价传统砂梨果实套袋工艺的效果,以现代套袋技术为对照,研究箬叶袋对翠冠、雪青、圆黄和蒲瓜梨果实外观和内在品质的影响。结果表明:4个砂梨品种箬叶袋套袋后果实呈黄褐色,果面覆盖较多的褐色锈斑,严重影响翠冠、雪青和圆黄等现代砂梨品种的果实外观品质和商品性,但改善了蒲瓜梨的外观品质。与现代套袋技术相比,箬叶袋套袋有利于圆黄和雪青果实内在品质的提高,却降低了翠冠和蒲瓜梨的内在品质。总体而言,箬叶袋套袋只能满足单纯的虫害防治,缺乏现代套袋技术对提高果实外观品质的功能需要,因此不适宜于现代砂梨品种的生产。
In order to evaluate the effect of traditional bagging on Pyrus pyrifolia,'Cuiguan','Xueqing','Wonwhang' and 'Pogua' pear cultivars were chosen for the study of the effect of indocalamus bagging on fruit skin features and fruit inner quality,in which modern bagging was used as control.The results showed that the four pear varieties treated with indocalamus bags had russet fruit skin with high density of brown rust spots,which caused poor fruit appearance of 'Cuiguan','Xueqing','Wonwhang' and lowered their commercial value .However,the fruit appearance of 'Pogua' pear changed better.Compared to the modern bagging,indocalamus bagging can improve the fruit inner quality of 'Wonwhang' and 'Xueqing',but brought different effect on the inner quality of 'Cuiguan' and 'Pogua'.Overall,indocalamus bagging can work well in pest-controlling and can't improve the quality of the bagged pear fruit as modern bagging technology.Indocalamus bagging is not a good choice for modern pear production.
