摘要
餐饮废水无害化和资源化处理越来越受到人们的重视。本文简要介绍了餐饮废水的特征、危害和传统的处理方法;综述了目前利用餐饮废水制作蛋白饲料、氢气、生物柴油等新技术进行无害化、资源化处理餐饮废水的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
The innocuous and resource recycling treatment of restaurant wastewater have received more and more attention from the public. The character, harmfulness and traditional treatment of restaurant wastewater were introduced in this paper,including the current research progress of the innocuousization and resource recycling of restaurant wastewater, producing protein feed, hydrogen, biodiesel, etc. Finally the new technique was prospected.
