油气弹簧调整垫片厚度及对开阀速度影响

摘要 给出了油气弹簧节流阀的结构和原理,阐述了多片阀片叠加优点以及其负面影响,对叠加阀片当量厚度以及对油气弹簧开阀速度影响进行了分析。阐述了调整垫片的作用,并对调整垫片对单片节流阀片和多片叠加节流阀片开阀速度的影响进行了研究,对调整垫片厚度与开阀速度变化量以及变化率的关系进行了分析,对如何根据速度调整量设计调整垫片厚度进行了研究。最后通过实例对调整垫片厚度进行设计,并对设计油气弹簧进行了室内阻力特性试验。通过分析和试验可知,调整垫片可调整油气弹簧开阀速度,并消除叠加阀片对开阀速度所产生的影响,调整垫片厚度可以根据开阀速度调整量和节流阀片厚度进行设计。本研究为油气弹簧设计,特性分析提供了重要参考价值。 In this article, the structure and work theory of hydro-pneumatic spring is expatiated, the advantages and disadvantage of superposition throttle-slices are discussed. The equivalent thickness and influence of superposition throttle-slices to the throttle opening velocity is studied. The function of adjust shim of hydro-pneumatic spring is expounded, the adjust shim influence to the throttle opening velocity of single slice and superposition slices is researched, and the relation of adjust shim thickness to the change quantity and rate of throttle opening velocity is analyzed. The design of adjust shim thickness is studied according to the change quantity and rate of throttle opening velocity. At last, adjust shim thickness is designed by the example, and the resistance characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring designed is tested. It was known that the throttle opening velocity could be adjusted, the influence of superposition throttle slices could be eliminated by adjust shim, the adjust shim thickness could be designed according to the throttle opening velocity quantity.
