摘要
本论文针对我国低收入家庭住房建设现状,通过借鉴其他国家面向低收入家庭住房政策的成熟经验,利用房地产市场运作过程中的理论、规律和社会保障体系的理论观点,结合我国的政策、经济、社会、人口等多方面的因素,对各种方案进行分析、比较,提出了具体性建设意见。
The present paper in view of our country low income family housing construction present situation, through profits from other countries face the low income family housing policy mature experience, in the use real estate market operation process theory, the rule and social security system＇s theory viewpoint, unifies our country＇s policy, the economy, the society, the population and so on various factor, carries on the analysis, the comparison to each kind of plan, gave the materiality construction comment.
