甘肃省部分地区各类食品中单增李斯特菌污染情况调查分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:了解甘肃省各类食品中单增李斯特菌的污染状况,初步确定主要污染的食品类别,为食源性疾病监测及预防提供基础依据。方法:两年采集八大类665份样品按《食源性疾病监测网工作手册》中单增李斯特菌监测方法进行分离鉴定。结果:665份样品中检出单增43株,总检出率为6.5%,生畜肉检出率最高。结论:我省食品单增李斯特菌污染较为严重,主要污染的食品为生畜肉、生禽肉、鲜冻水产、速冻生制食品、熟肉制品、生食蔬菜、蔬菜沙拉、冰激淋。 Objective:To know the situation of the food contaminated by L. monocytogenes in Gansu Province, initially identified the main categories of contaminated foods to offer data for the monitoring net of national food safety. Methods:The 665 samples is eight type, gathered in two years. It was segregated and identified in accordance with the L. monocytogenes monitoring methods in "food -borne disease monitoring manual work". Results: Forty- three samples were isolated with L. monoeytogenes in 665 samples, positive rate was 6.5%, the highest detection rate for raw meat. Conclusion: The food is contaminated by L. monocytogenes seriously in Gansu province, the main contaminated foods were raw meat, poultry, fresh frozen aquatic products, frozen foods Health and cooked meat products, vegetables, vegetable salad and ice cream.
