摘要 从原纱质量方面,提出影响喷气织机织造效率的主要指标是原纱强力和纱线毛羽,讨论了如何控制和提高原纱质量;在浆纱工序,要合理选择浆料配方和设计浆纱工艺,从而提高经纱强力和耐磨性,减少毛羽;讨论分析了浆纱质量各项指标的控制;在织造工序,提出根据织物组织和规格,选择合理的穿筘穿综方法,确定合理的经位置线,并根据实际织造情况,确定最佳的综框高度、开口量和引纬工艺参数,减少经向和纬向停台,进一步提高喷气织机的织造效率。 Yarn quality, sizing quality and weaving process have been the major impact factors which affect the weaving efficiency of air-jet looms. In this study, how to control and improve the yarn quality has been discussed in terms of raw yarn strength, yarn hairiness. In order to increase raw yarn strength and reduce yarn hairiness, better sizing instruction and sizing technology are necessary. Moreover, the improvement of weaving efficiency of air-jet looms with respect to weaving process and weaving technical process regulation, such as reeding and heddle draft, warp line, heald frame height, open amounts and weft insertion parameters, has been analyzed.
