摘要 近年来城市不透水地面增加,暴雨强度增大,频率增高,城市暴雨后往往积水严重。城市暴雨的积水计算要解决两个问题:(1)超过沟道或泵房排水能力的积水量计算;(2)沟道调洪能力的计算。两者之差就是城市各雨水径流流域暴雨的积水量。本文提出用推理方法计算不同频率暴雨的径流过程线,结合原有雨水道的设计情况计算沟道容量调洪能力,以确定相应的积水量,由具体的流域条件以定积水区域,积水面积与积水深度,从而因地制宜地采取排涝措施。本方法同样适用于合流制城市暴雨的积水计算。 Abstract: Recent years going with the expansion of water tight surface in urban area and the augmenting of storm intensity and frequency the problem of urban water accumulation is becoming severe day by day in stormy season. The urban storm calculation responses to two problems: first, overload water accumulation calculation which terms to the volume excessive to the discharge capacity of canalization system and pumping stations; and second, the calculation of the flood control capacity of the canalization system. The difference of the above two means the storm water accumulation at each runoff catchment area. In this paper the author proposes an inference manipulation to determine the runoff hydrograph of storm with different frequencies, then to calculate the flood control capacity of the canalization system together with the design specification of the rain sewer and finally to settle the water accumulation. The area and depth of water accumulation territory will be destined by the distinct feature of the catchment area and sequentially a practical program of logged water drainage can be draw up. Also this method is suitable for urban storm calculation with combined sewer system.
