摘要
文章通过分析2008年以来的金融危机对我国社会的影响,提出金融危机下解决社会纠纷的司法对策,即树立能动司法观念,加强事前控制,重视调解的纠纷解决作用,构建灵活的执行机制,建立与有关部门的沟通、联动机制,创新审判工作机制等。
Since 2008, the financial crisis caused by the U.S. ＂sub-loan crisis＂ has been sweeping the globe. It also has a greater effect on China＂ s financial markets and economic growth. Therefore, it is urgent to work out judicial measures to solve the financial crisis.
