替硝唑明胶海绵预防智齿拔除术后并发症的观察 被引量：2

摘要 【目的】观察替硝唑明胶海绵预防智齿拔除术后并发症的临床疗效。【方法】选择门诊800例阻生智齿患者随机分成两组,试验组400例在阻生智齿拔除术后常规处理创口置入替硝唑明胶海绵,对照组400例术后常规处理伤口,比较观察术后出血,干槽症发生情况。【结果】实验组在术后出血、干槽症的发生率较对照组明显为轻(P<0.05)。【结论】智齿拔除术后创口置入替硝唑明胶海绵有利于预防术后并发症的发生。
