摘要
以高氮钢板材为研究对象,探索高氮奥氏体不锈钢的加工工艺性能,进行加工硬化表面粗糙度、切削力、刀具磨损、钻孔、攻丝及排屑性能试验。结果表明,高氮钢材料加工硬化严重,切削力不高于普通结构钢,加工后可获得良好的表面粗糙度。
In order to study the processing properties of HNS plate, the following experiments of work hardening,surface roughness, cutting force, tool wear, drilling, tapping and chip removal were made. The results show that work hardening of HNS materials is serious, the surface roughness after processing is good, and cutting force of HNS is lower than that of ordinary structural steel.
