摘要 咳嗽变异性哮喘（ＣｏｕｇｈｖａｒｉａｎｔａｓｔｈｍａＣＶＡ）又名咳嗽型哮喘、隐匿型哮喘，是哮喘的一种特殊类型。近年来，国内外不少文献报道有关ＣＶＡ的研究现状，认为是儿童慢性咳嗽的最常见原因〔１〕，３０％干性咳嗽是由ＣＶＡ所致〔２〕。该病早在１９７２年...
