摘要
在显式非线性有限元理论的基础上,应用PAM-CRASH软件建立了整车有限元模型,模拟轿车正面碰撞过程,对B柱减速度时间历程曲线与实车试验结果进行了对比和验证,与试验结果基本吻合,同时在原有模型的基础上对车身结构的耐撞性进行深入研究,提出了相应的改进方案。
Based on the explicit nonlinear finite element theory, we used PAM-CRASH soil-ware to build a finite element model of the vehicle, simulate the process of car frontal crash, compare and verify the results of deceleration time history curve of column B between the simulation and ground test.The result of simulation agreed with that of ground test. Also we studied the crashworthiness of body structure based on the original model and proposed some improving measures.
