摘要
指出从20世纪80年代初开始,中国的住宅在数量、质量、类型上产生了巨大的变化,联排住宅这种曾经一度消失的住宅类型又再度出现,打破了建国以来城市建设中多层与高层公寓的单一居住模式,从可变性、单体私密性、组团私密性三个方面,分析了这些因素对联排住宅个性化的影响,以期突出联排住宅的个性。
It points out that the residence in China has changed a lot from the number,quality and types of the residence in China since the early 1980,and rowhousing which once disappeared appear again,which breaks the single residence pattern of multiple-story and high-rise flats in urban construction since PRC founding.It analyzes the influence of changability,single privacy and group privacy to the characteristics of rowhousing,so as to highlight the characteristics of rowhousing.
