蛇皮果不同品种幼苗耐寒性比较的初步研究 被引量:6

Cold-tolerance of Seedlings of Different Snake Fruit [Salacca zalacca (Gaertner) Voss] Varieties

摘要 以蛇皮果[Salacca zalacca(Gaertner)Voss]Bali、Pondoh、Galing和马来西亚(M)4个品种的盆栽幼苗为材料,通过低温胁迫,测定叶片伤害率、叶片的可溶性糖、丙二醛和脯氨酸等生理指标,研究其抗寒性。结果表明,叶片的伤害率和相对电导率随着处理温度的降低而增加,变化强度为:Bali>马来西亚(M)>Gading>Pondoh;叶片的半致死温度(LT50)在4~6℃之间。同时,随着处理温度的降低,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛等的含量均明显增加。综合结果表明,4个品种的耐寒性依次为:Pondoh>Gading>M>Bali。该结果为进一步开展蛇皮果耐寒性的研究和中国热区的引种和适应性栽培提供参考依据。 Seedling of four different varieties snake fruit [Salacca zalacca(Gaertner) Voss] : Bali, Pondoh, Gading and Malaysia(M) pot cultured were tested under culture incubator at low temperatures, and their leaf injury rate and physiological parameters such as soluble sugar, proline and MDA in leaves were detected to analyze their cold tolerance. The leaf injury rate and relative electrical conductivity were increased in the order of Bali〉Malaysia(M)〉 Gading〉Pondoh with the decreasing temperature; the leaf semi-lethal temperature(LT50) for these varieties was calculated ranging from 4℃ to 6 ℃. At the same time, the leaf contents of soluble sugars, proline and MDA significantly increased with the decline of the temperature. Analysis of these physiological parameters and cold injury rate of the leaves of all the varieties showed that these varieties performed cold tolerance in the order of Pondoh 〉 Gading 〉 Malaysia(M)〉 Bali. This result could provide references for the further study in cold tolerance of snake fruit and for the introduction and adaptive cultivation of these varieties in the tropical areas in China.
