摘要
随着知识经济的快速发展,专利在企业发展中的作用也显得越来越重要。近年来,地处西部的甘肃省的企业专利申请量和授权量逐年增加,但是由于社会、企业的知识产权意识还相对薄弱,专利侵权的成本较低,专利保护的知识相对匮乏,专利保护力度不够等诸多原因,使得甘肃省的企业在专利保护方面也出现了许多问题。本文旨在通过分析甘肃省企业专利问题产生的背景及原因,参照《国家知识产权战略纲要》,借鉴国内先进地区企业的专利保护经验,提出甘肃省企业专利保护的相应建议,并展望了甘肃省企业专利保护的前景。
With the rapid development of a knowledge - based economy, enterprises in the patent in the development of more and more important role. This paper enterprise in Gansu Province by analyzing the patent issues arising from the background and reasons for, in the light of the ＂National In- tellectual Property Strategy Program＂, learn from the advanced domestic enterprises to protect the patent experiences enter- prise patent protection in Gansu Province＇s recommendations, and the prospect of Gansu Province Business prospects for patent protection.
