摘要
【目的】了解小学生的儿童抑郁与儿童社会期望状况及两者的关系,为儿童的家庭和学校教育及有抑郁症儿童的早期干预提供参考依据。【方法】采用儿童抑郁量表和儿童社会期望量表对667名四至六年级的小学生进行调查。【结果】①小学生抑郁症状的检出率为16.5%,不同性别的小学生在人际问题因子上得分的差异有显著性(P<0.001),男生的得分显著高于女生;②在儿童社会期望量表上,不同性别小学生的差异有显著性(P<0.01),女生的得分显著高于男生;不同年级小学生的差异有显著性(P<0.001),并且随着年级的增加小学生在儿童社会期望量表上的得分逐渐降低;③儿童抑郁与儿童社会期望两者呈负相关,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】儿童社会期望对儿童抑郁有影响。
[Objective] To explore the relationship of children's depression and children's social desirability in primary school students. [Method] The measurements include Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) and Children's Social Desirability scale (CSD), 667 of 2 primary school students from grade four to grade six were accessed by means of Cluster sampling. [Results] ①The rate of self-report depressive symptoms in primary school students was 16.5%. There were significant differences on interpersonal problems of children's depression by gender(P〈0. 001),and boys scored higher than girls. ②On children's social desirability, significant differences were found by gender(P〈0.01)and girls scored higher than boys; there were also significant differences among different grades(P〈0. 001)and scores decreased as grades increased. ③Children's depression was negatively related to children's social desirability(P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Children's social desirability has relationship with children's depression.
