摘要
现代儒家的思想,可以分为三期:近代儒学(晚清)、现代儒学(狭义)、当代儒学。他们对"西学东渐"之态度也分为三个递进的阶段:从形下的反应性的吸纳,到形上的对应性的比照,乃至于全面的回应性的融通。其间,他们不仅从未丧失过自己的中国文化主体性,而且最终进入了对于这种主体性的渊源性思想视域的追溯,即是在当下共在的生活情感的渊源上重建儒学,以解决当今社会现实生活中的种种问题。
The thoughts of modem Confucians may be divided into three stages : Confucianism in late Qing Dynasty, modem Confucianism (narrow sense) and contemporary Confucianism. Their attitudes towards “Dissemination of Western Learning to the Orient” may also be divided into three progressive phases: from post - metaphysical acceptance as response through metaphysical contrast as correspondence to overall commutation as reply. During these periods, they had never lost the subjectivity of their own culture, ie. Chinese culture, and finally they started tracing back to the horizon of thoughts as the source of the subjectivity. In order to solve various problems of real life in the world today, they have been rebuilding Confucianism by taking the existing emotion of the immediate co - being as the source of all.
