结构与效率因素对内蒙古能源强度变动的影响 被引量:7

摘要 计量分析能源强度变动的影响因素可为未来寻找节能途径提供参考。采用能源强度变化的完全分解模型,以1985—2006年为样本期,对影响内蒙古能源强度变化的结构因素和效率因素进行了计算。结果表明:在整个样本期内,结构因素始终是促使内蒙古能源强度上升的因素;而效率因素的作用则呈现出阶段性特征,2000年以前,效率因素起到了很好的节能效果,而之后则对能源强度的上升却表现出正向作用。因此,未来一段时期内,调整产业和产品结构,是内蒙古节能降耗的最大潜力所在;效率节能虽已取得较好效果,但仍有潜力可挖。 Inner Mongolia' s energy consumption is increasing quickly, task of energy saving is arduous. To quantitatively analyze the factors of energy intensity is precondition of looking for energy saving approach. The paper uses method of complete decomposition model, analyzes structure and efficiency factor' s influence on energy intensity from 1985 to 2006. The result indicates that structure is always the factor which promotes energy intensity increase. Efficiency' s influence is different in different phase : before 2000, efficiency factor affects positively energy intensity' s falling , but it affects negatively after 2000. So the biggest energy saving potential is to adjust industrial structure for a period of time in the future, good effect has been obtained, yet there is potential space to decrease energy consumption by efficiency.
