摘要
设计了一种压电陀螺自检电路,其输入的自检电压与角速度转台的旋转角速度一一对应。通过自检电路实现了压电陀螺的单机自检,提高了使用压电陀螺的惯性测试系统的可靠性而不需要笨重的转台和复杂的操作。通过进一步完善,该自检方法还可用于压电陀螺带宽的测试、小角速度或大角速度下陀螺的标度因数和线性度的测试及标度因数温度系数的测试。
A self check circuit of piezoeletric gyroscope is designed in this paper. Its self-check input voltage is one-one correspondence with the angular velocity provided by the rotation equipment. By the self check circuit, the stand alone self-check of piezoeletric gyroscope is realized. So it can improve the reliability of inertial system based on the piezoeletric gyroscope, and the clumsy rotation equipment and complicated operations are eliminated. By further improving the self-check way, it may also measure the bandwidth, scale coefficient at the small or big angular velocity, linearity and scale coefficient temperature parameter of the piezoeletric gyroscope.
