摘要
为研究油井管线的声传输过程,测量井底动态参数,根据实际情况设计了一种结构特殊的低频声波换能器。运用Matlab仿真软件分析及优化了前盖板的结构,建立了其理论模型,根据振动特性得到了换能器的机械等效图。加工了一套优化结构的声波换能器,在实验室条件下接收到了相应的低频声波信号,通过实验验证了理论模型的正确性。
In order to study the sound transmission along oil pipe and measure the dynamic parameters from oil well bottom, a low-frequency transducer is designed according to practical situation. The structure of the front cover hoard is analyzed and optimized with the emulation analysis software-Matlab, the theoretic model is established, and the machinery and electronic equivalent figure is drawn according to the vibration characteristic. One optimized transducer is manufactured. The low-frequency sound wave is received in the laboratory. The accuracy and validity of the theoretic model is proved with experiment.
