摘要
合成了系列新型咪唑啉双季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂(S-HSJ),讨论了其对涤纶类化纤纤维的抗静电性、柔软性和再润湿性的影响;并进行了在环氧硅烷偶联剂KH560,交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(MAM)以及N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)的作用下对尼龙、涤纶和丙纶3种纤维耐水性的研究。结果表明,S-HSJ系列双季铵盐对涤纶类化纤纤维的抗静电作用可使电阻值降低至107Ω,柔软性以S-HSJ-18效果最优,可使涤纶织物的硬挺度降低到低于2 mN.m。用KH560,MAM和MBA对织物进行热固预处理的工艺方法交联效果最好,纤维润湿时间可达到120 min以上,经3次洗涤后仍可保持90 min以上。
A new series of gemini - imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt surfactants (S - HSJ ) was synthesized. Their effect on antistatic property, softness and wettability of polyester fabrics as well as the water - resistance of three kinds of fabric ( polyamide, polyester and polypropylene ) under the action of cross - linking role of the epoxy silane coupling agent KH560, cross - linking monomer N - hydroxymethyl acrylamide (MAM) and N, N - methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) were investigated. The results showed that, the antistatic action of gemini quaternary ammonium salt surfactant of S - HSJ series can reduce the resistance of polyester fabric to 10^7 Ω. S - HSJ - 18 displays the best softening effect that can cause the stiffness of polyester fabric to be lower than 2 mN · m. The thermal setting fabric pretreatment process with KH560, MAM and MBA displays the best effect for cross - linking that can cause the wetting time of the fabric to be longer than 120 min and remains 90 min even after three times of washing.
