摘要 铁氧体E型磁心系列包含有EI、EE、EPC、EFD、EOP等多种派生规格,其磁路计算方法各有异同。本文给出了形状、尺寸对称的各种E型配对磁心常数C1、C2及磁心有效参数le、Ae、Ve的计算公式,进而解决了指定电感系数AL的有效磁导率μe和实开气隙的确定方法。对于新近出现的非对称E型磁心等磁路计算方法请见另一篇文章《不对称并联磁路磁心参数计算》。 E-core series includes EI, EE, EPC, EFD, EOP and other derivative shapes, in which the calculation methods of magnetic circuit are different from each other. In this paper, we propose formulae for calculating the core constants C1, C2 and effective parameters Ie, Ae and Ve of various E-type matching cores with symmetrical shapes and sizes. The problems of calculating the effective permeability μe and air gap, in the case of a definite inductance factor AL, are further solved. As to newly emerging E-cores with asymmetric magnetic circuits, calculation of the effective parameters are introduced in another article "Calculation of the Effective Parameters of Magnetic Piece Parts with Asymmetrical Parallel Magnetic Circuits".
