摘要
利用计算流体动力学商业软件FLUENT对高粘度浆料在超剪切分散设备内的混合分散过程进行三维数值模拟,分析了齿间周向与径向上的压力场、速度场以及固相体积浓度分布等参数。该研究结果能够给出流场中各个参数变化的详细信息,同时展示了实验手段所不能观察到的流动现象,对其结构设计以及对流场的深入分析具有一定的指导作用。
3-D numerical simulation the mix-dispersion process of high viscosity slurry within a high-shear homogenizer has been conducted by using a commercial software in Computational Fluid Dynamics FLUENT. The pressure-field in the circumference and radius direction between the rotor and stator, the velocity field and the solid phase volume density distribution etc. were analyzed. The modeling and computing results give detailed information on the mechanical stresses and the flow patterns visualized that are usually difficult to demonstrate by general physical tests, which play the guidance rule on constructive suggestions of design and further study of flow pattern.
