摘要
为了解决青玉米脱粒破碎技术,设计了新型盘刀式青玉米破碎机,采用了一对相对旋转并在外法线上布置钉耙的钢丝软轴为咬入辊送料机构,其切削机构采用可调复合式圆盘刀具机构,复合刀具的径向力可通过微调螺丝调整弹簧获得。该设备经过2年多的运行表明其性能稳定,生产效率较高。
To deal with thresh-crusher technology of green corn, the new crusher with disk cutter is designed. A pair of flexible shafts of steel wire with relative rotation and gyrating furrows along outer normal are designed as feeding mechanism of bite roll. Adjustable compound disk cutter is used as cutting mechanism. The radial force of compound cutters can be adjusted by adjustment spring through fine-tuning screws. The stability of running and high productivity of the device are proved during more than two year＇s running.
