摘要
通过人为控水模拟贵州的伏旱,研究不同烤烟品种对干旱胁迫的生理响应,试验表明:供试品种的叶片相对含水量随干旱加剧有统一降低的趋势;随干旱的加剧,除了k326先上升后下降之外(高于正常处理),云烟85和红花大金元的丙二醛含量都在上升;但不同品种之间并不存在显著差异,单一的抗旱生理指标很难有效的对品种抗旱性进行鉴别,需要进一步建立一套完善的形态和生理指标综合体系。
Physiological response of different flue-cured tobacco to drought stress is studied through artificially controlling water to simulate mid-summer drought in Guizhou. The experiment result shows that with the increase of drought, the relative water content of leaf of the tested species has the uniform decrease trend, in addition to the k326, which increases at first and then drops (higher than the normal treatment), the MDA contents of Yunyan 85 and Honghuadajinyuan all increase. But remarkable difference does not exist between difference varieties. It is difficult to identify drought resistance character through one single physiological drought resistance index: So it is necessary to further set up a comprehensive system of morphological and physiological indexes.
